beatomeTeroldego I.G.T. Vigneti delle Dolomiti

Beatome… that I can be a farmer and tend to the vines that belonged
to my grandfather.

Non-DOC, so as follow my own productive rigour beyond any imposed discipline. A long-lived wine by aptitude, from the cork to the bottom of the barrel, from the first sip to the last drop days later, it will always be able to devote all of itself to you: if you do the same to it.

From Teroldego grapes, grown only from vines in the original area, cultivated according to the traditional double-pergola vine of the Province of Trento

Average vine age: 85 years
Territory: Piana Rotaliana – Municipality of Mezzolombardo – Trentino
Soil: dolomitic – calcareous, alluvial
Sugars: dry
Grape harvest: by hand; end of September – early October
Agriculture: certified organic (control body ICEA)

The vinification process takes place in oak. We like to age it for at least 60 months, with a year’s rest in the bottle as a minimum, but the vintage and our limited space as a small farm sometimes do not allow us to do so.
